Open Mic
Usually the last Friday of the month. Free social event for lovers of poetry, flash fiction and creative writing of all kinds. Bring your own work to share, a favourite piece to read, or just come to listen. Everyone welcome. Tea, coffee and treats provided.

A free event where you can meet and chat with other gardeners over a cuppa, and swap your spare seeds and plants. This time we'll also be celebrating the start of National Tree Week and sharing a few spare trees from Free Trees Ireland.

Book launches, talks and other events
Friday 7 March, 6.00 pm Ennis Book Club Festival
Eilís Haden-Storrie, author of These Intangible Things (published by Banner Books) will be on the local writer's panel, along with Kitty Murphy and Tracey Fahy. All the authors' books will be for sale at the event, and can be signed by the authors.
Sunday 27 April, Clare Garden Festival
We will have a stall at this wonderful festival, at the Ennis Showgrounds, with a special focus on books for gardeners.
